Delivery
After placing an order from Strong Water, we will request your availability for pick up or delivery services. We will need to confirm a date, time and/or meeting location. Deliveries for Waters and
Smoothies are made before 2:00 PM each day, any time thereafter will automatically become a pick up order or we will reschedule for a new delivery date and time.
Strong Water is currently an Atlanta-based company that operates and delivers between the confines of a certain radius of the city’s perimeter. We have designated delivery/meet up

Refund Policy
Food and beverage items cannot be returned and are non-refundable once the buyer is in possession of the purchased goods. Please note, all sales are final upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy

appropriate refund upon review of your order.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer... We ship via UPS and USPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracing number to ensure delivery. Items can take up to 5-7 days to ship. If you desire overnight or expedited delivery, please let us know when the order is placed. These shipping charges are more expensive and vary according to destination, size of package and weight.
Note: Saturday is not a business day. Next Day/Second Day orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday) Please include this time frame in your needs for expedited shipping. Saturday delivery may not be available based on carrier and is not counted as a delivery day. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS.
Rush Orders
There is a $10 fee for Rush Orders.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us immediately. We can resolve any issues within 30 days after you receive your item.
